2025 Cornfield Classic Challenge
Rev up your engines and take on the Cornfield Classic Challenge, a self-paced, time-trial experience celebrating Marion, Indiana’s rich motorcycle racing legacy! This is your chance to ride the original five-mile course of the legendary 1919-1920 International Championship Road Race—a race that put Marion on the map as the Home of the Hog. Complete the challenge for prizes and bragging rights!
How It Works:
-
Ride the historic Cornfield Classic course anytime during Jonesboro River Rally week, September 21-28, 2025
-
Track your time on the course (using the QR codes at each stop sign around the course) or take in the scenery at your own pace. This is not a race; all traffic laws must be followed.
-
Capture a photo, while stopped, or video, if safe to do so, at key locations along the route
-
Submit your time & media via our event web link (available week of the event) for a chance to win prizes
All participants who submit their ride details, either by photo or time log at each stop, will be entered into a virtual prize drawing! The most creative photo submissions will earn special recognition.
Location: The historic Cornfield Classic course (paved county roads: 412, Alabama Ave, 38th St, and Troy Ave)
